What do I do if order details are blank?

Order details not showing up? Immediately submit a support ticket through the live chat widget found at the bottom right corner of your Klikit Enterprise Platform. 

Please include the following details in your ticket: 

  1. Brand and branch
  2. Order number(s)
  3. Photo of Blank order details
