How do I apply SC/ PWD discounts and fees to orders?

As a merchant on klikit, it's essential to ensure that your customers can easily apply discounts and promotions to their orders. This article will assist you on applying discounts and fees to orders.

Vouchers, Senior Citizen, and PWD Discounts

Merchants must enable the “Senior Citizen/ PWD discount” promo setting for their customers to avail of this discount. These can then be availed by customers on the checkout page under Promos and Rewards section. There are two types of discounts customers can use. 

1. Vouchers: You can fill-in this form with the relevant promo details.
   
2. Senior Citizen (SC) or Person-with-Disability (PWD) discounts: You can set this up through klikit promos. You will have to request this from your CSM's or contact  live chat support to have it set-up! 
   

FAQs

1. Which item is the SC/ PWD discount applied to? The senior citizen/PWD discount applies to the most expensive single-serving meal and drink you order, even if you order multiple items.
   
2. Can multiple discount cards be used in on transaction? Using multiple Senior Citizen/ PWD discount cards is applicable for dine-in orders only. Only one (1) Senior Citizen/ PWD discount card is applicable for pickup/ delivery orders.

Processing and Service Fees

There are two types of fees that are applied to customers. These fees are automatically calculated and added to the order total.

1. Service Fee: 5% of the total item price.*
2. Processing Fee: 3% of the total order price.*
   
3. Merchant Requested Fee: This can be inputted directly through your request
