Applying Discounts/Fees

As a merchant on klikit, it's essential to ensure that your customers can easily apply discounts and promotions to their orders. This article will assist you on applying discounts and fees to orders.

What types of discounts are available to customers? What types of fees are applied? How are fees calculated?

How does it work?

Discounts

There are two types of discounts customers can use. Vouchers and senior citizen/PWD discounts(only applicable to orders made in the Philippines). These can be applied on the checkout page under Promos and Rewards section.

1. Vouchers: You can fill-in this form with the relevant promo details, or chat through our support channels if you need a promo set-up. 
   
2. Senior citizen/PWD discounts: You can have your senior citizen or PWD discounts set through klikit promos. You will have to request this from your CSMs or through support to have it set-up! 
   

Fees

There are two types of fees that are applied to customers. These fees are automatically calculated and added to the order total.

1. Service Fee: 5% of the total item price.*
2. Processing Fee: 3% of the total order price.*
   
3. Merchant Requested Fee: This can be inputted directly through yorequest 

*These fees are subject to our payment gateway providers or agreed terms.
