Before Going Live With Your Webshop...

Pre-requisites before going live with klikit Webshop

Whether you're using klikit Webshops for Delivery or for Dine-in, you'll need the following ready to start receiving orders on your klikit Webshop:

  1. An Android device for receiving orders in-store with the klikit for Business app downloaded
  2. klikit Cloud user access for both a Business Owner and a Branch Manager
  3. Access to your Webshop dine-in QR codes and delivery Webshop URLs

If you've started the onboarding process with Webshop, you should be able to access the Webshop and move on to the next phase. If you need assistance with any of the following above, please feel free to contact us at operations@klikit.io.
