Common Issues - Order Dashboard

Orders with Blank Details
There are times when orders come in with blank item details due to issues with our integration with our merchants (GrabFood, UberEats, foodpanda and other aggregator). If this occurs, to know what items to prepare, kindly refer to your merchant accounts and search for that specific order.
Report this concern to our support team so we can check it out and investigate the cause, with following details:
  1. Your Brand and Branch
  2. Aggregator Name (GrabFood, UberEats, foodpanda and other)
  3. Order ID
  4. Screenshot of Order Details
We recommend to always keep your merchant accounts in your device, for issues like these. 


Accidentally Cancelled an Order
If this happens, you will need to contact the customer to order again as our integrations do not have the capability to edit a cancelled order. Customer details are available in your respective merchant accounts. 
For klikit orders, customer details are available in the order details.
