If you have any feedback regarding your order or the service received from the restaurant, including your overall experience as their customer, please reach out to the restaurant directly.
You can find their contact number on your order page, as shown in the image below:
klikit is the software provider for the restaurants you're ordering from. If your feedback is regarding the ordering app or platform, you may choose to 'Connect with a human' and our Support Team will further assist you.
