    2. Look for the "Add an action button" feature
    3. Choose the "Start Order" option
    4. Add your webshop link
    5. Click save

  • Facebook Website Link
    1. Go to your Facebook page manager
    2. Look for the "Link to your website" feature
    3. Click on the "Add website" button
    4. Add your webshop link
    5. Click save
  • Facebook Bio
    1.  Go to your Facebook page manager
    2. Look for and click the "Add bio" button
    3. Input some text inviting your audience to order from your webshop and add your webshop link

  1. Go to your Facebook page manager
  2. Click on the "Manage" button
  3. Click on the "Messaging Settings" option 
  4. Look for the "Instant Reply" option and click that
  5. Toggle it on, choose messenger as your channel of choice, and add the message you want to send to your customers as an auto-reply
    • Note: Make sure not to forget to add your webshop link within the message
  6. Click save

Instagram Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Go to your Instagram profile
  2. Open your "Professional Dashboard"
  3. Click on "Saved replies"
