How can we print past orders through the klikit device?

To print receipts from past orders: 

  1. Proceed to the ‘Past Orders’ on the klikit dashboard.
  2. In the ‘Past Orders’ section, you can choose a specific date on which you can print the receipt/s. 
  3. Once specified, the receipts of orders on that day will be shown. 
  4. Click on the printer icon beside the order number to print the desired receipt.

What is the date range of past orders that can be printed?

You can choose to print any receipt on the past orders section of the klikit dashboard with days ranging from today all the way back to go-live date with the klikit platform.
