How do I change my Webshop settings and configurations?

Set up your configuration for any of the items below by reaching out to the klikit Support Team.
  1. Menu Hours Availability
  2. Available & Default  Delivery Methods 
    1. Pick-up
    2. Dine-in
    3. Delivery, in partnership with GrabExpress
  3. Enable/Disable for Auto-Accept & Auto-Print
  4. Time to change the “Schedule Order” status to “New Order”
  5. Meal Preparation Time
    1. Default time is set at 30 minutes. 
  6. Guest Login Settings
    1. You can choose to allow Guest Users to order without logging in, but you will lose the chance to get customer data.
    2. To support a seamless log in experience, we now support single-sign in process via Google and Line. Talk to Support Team to have this activated for your Webshop.
  7. Webshop Fee for each Delivery Method
  8. Payment Gateway Integration
    1. Payment Flow
      • Pre-payment (payment is required before an order is made in the kitchen)
      • Post-payment (payment will be done after the order is made in the kitchen)
