How do I change my Webshop's configurations?

klikit Webshops allows your customers to order from their phones. Set up your configuration below and reaching out to the klikit support team.
  1. Menu Hours Availability
  2. Available & Default Delivery Methods
    1. Pick-up
    2. Dine-in
    3. Delivery, partnership with GrabExpress
  3. Set a Minimum basket size/order amount
  4. Set Maximum Delivery Distance
  5. Set Restaurant Delivery
  6. Enable/Disable for Auto-Accept & Auto-Print
  7. Time to make “Schedule Order” changes  to be in “New Order”
  8. Sett Meal Preparation Time
    1. Default time is set at 30 minutes.
  9. Guest Login Settings
    1. You can choose to allow Guest Users to order without logging in, but you will lose the chance to get customer data.
  10. Webshop Fee for each order type (pick-up, dine-in and/or delivery)
  11. Enable Custom Fee for which order type (pick-up, dine-in and/or delivery) 
  12. Payment Gateway Integration
    1. Payment Flow
      1. Pre-payment (payment required before order is made)
      2. Post-payment (payment will be done after order is made)
    2. Service Fee Charge Barer
      1. Restaurant (service fee will be catered by the restaurant)
      2. User (service fee will be catered by the customer)
    3. Accept Cash Payment Option
      1. Yes or No
For klikit delivery
  1. Driver Lookup Settings 
    1. Manual
    2.  Auto Lookup (default)
      1. Set Rider Lookup time after order status has been changed to Accepted or Ready.
