How do I collect payment for Webshop orders?

How do I monitor my Webshop sales for payout?

You may check your klikit Order Dashboard or check our Payment Gateway partner's dashboard (ex. Xendit, Stripe dashboard). 

Who are your Payment Gateway partners?

You can access all Webshop order payments made via Webshop on the designated platform for your region.

  1. Indonesia, Philippines

We're partnered with Xendit in Indonesia and the Philippines. Depending on your business entity level, you'll either
  1. be disbursed your payments on a weekly basis, or
  2. be able to access settled payments in 2-5 days through XenPlatform

  1. Australia, Malaysia, Singapore

We're partnered with Stripe in Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore. You'll be able to access settled payments in 2-5 days through the Stripe Connect platform.

How do I withdraw my funds?

  1. Xendit: Indonesia, Philippines

To withdraw funds manually:
  1. On your Xendit Dashboard, go to the "Balance" tab
  2. Click "Withdraw"
  3. Enter the amount you want to withdraw
  4. Select the bank that you want to withdraw from the previously registered bank accounts
  5. Click "Submit" then enter your PIN. If you have not set your PIN, you will be prompted to create your PIN on the Settings page
  6. Withdrawal will then be processed
An alternative is to set up auto withdrawing. For more information, see the "How to Withdraw" section here: https://docs.xendit.co/withdrawal 

  1. Stripe: Australia, Malaysia, Singapore

To withdraw funds from Stripe Connect:
  1. Go to the Stripe Connect dashboard and go to Balance → Payouts
  2. Click “Pay out funds instantly”
  3. Enter an amount to pay out and select the debit card or bank account to which you wish to transfer funds. If you do not have an eligible debit card or bank account linked to your account, enter your Visa or MasterCard debit card or eligible bank account details
  4. Click “Pay out” button to complete your Instant Payout. Funds will appear in the associated bank account within 30 minutes

How long will it take to receive my funds in my bank account?

  1. Xendit: Indonesia, Philippines

Withdrawals must be made to bank accounts; withdrawals to e-wallets are not permitted as of writing. The time of arrival of funds depends on your banks’ processing time but it can vary from a few hours to a couple of days.
