How do I manage my promotions on foodpanda?
You can manage Foodpanda promotions through the Marketing tab on your Foodpanda merchant dashboard. Click on the “Get more orders” button to create discounts for your items.
You can refer to the promotions learning resources under Foodpanda’s learning modules (Go to University tab and search “Promote and advertise on Foodpanda📣”) in their merchant portal.
For promotions that aren't included in the Marketing tab, you can email your Foodpanda account manager and to menu@klikit.io with the details of the promotion you want to have. Include a copy of this template for proper tracking of the promotion.
