How do I manage user roles?

How do I add new team/staff members?

Have multiple managers or operators in your restaurant who need access to klikit? No problem! 

Simply select the ‘users’ tab on the dashboard, and select ‘new’ to add a new user to the user list. A first name, last name, email, phone number, and ID/license number will be required, after which you can select the correct role for them. 

How do I use roles?

The klikit Enterprise platform has multiple permissions available for your device.

The roles and permission available are:

  • Business Owner (access to all locations, brands, reporting, and klikit Analytics); 
  • Brand Manager (access to all information with respect to specific Brand(s) identified);
    • These brand managers can also be limited to specific branches. The specific brand-branch assignment can be useful for store specific menus. 
  • Branch Manager (access to all brands and order information at a specific branch location) - this role type is used for accepting/managing the orders at each location.
