How do I read a klikit Docket?

This is a klikit docket. It has information on the order and it tells you what you need to prepare and how much the order value is. Let's take a deeper look into how to read this docket and avoid any confusion.


Based on the photo above, the information is as follows:

  1. Order Aggregator - this shows where the order was made 
  2. Order ID Number - this shows the unique ID number for the order
  3. Order Notes - this shows any notes from the customers
  4. Order Details - listed here are the items, modifiers, and prices for each.
  5. Order Computation - the breakdown of the computation of order values

Let’s take this other docket as an example.


In reading the order details, this means the order is 2 x 470ml Brown Sugar and 1 x 470ml Wintermelon. This logic applies regardless of whatever modifier or add-on is included in the order. 


Let’s look at another example: 





You will read this order as:

2x Crispy Chicken Chop Rice 

2x Mushroom Sauce, 2x Kopi Ice

2x Take-Away. 


NOT

  1. 2x Crispy Chicken Chop Rice, 
  2. 1x Mushroom Sauce,
  3. 1x Kopi Ice, 
  4. 1x Take-away. 

If only one of the items have the modifiers, it will separate it as:

  1. 1x Crispy Chicken Chop Rice
  2. 1x Mushroom Sauce
  3. 1x Kopi Ice
  4. 1x Take-away
  5. then another line item of : 
  6. 1x Crispy Chicken Chop Rice
