How do I read a klikit Docket?

This is a klikit docket. It has information on the order and it tells you what you need to prepare and how much the order value is. Let's take a deeper look into how to read this docket and avoid any confusion.


Based on the photo above, the information is as follows:

  1. Key Order Information:

    1. Order ID Number: This field shows the unique ID number for the order. Example: #4029

    2. Order Type: This field shows the type of order such as Delivery, Dine in, Pick up.

    3. Order Aggregator: This field shows where the order was made. Example: klikit.

  2. Brand Logo: This is the logo of the brand.

  3. Order Date and Time: This field shows when the order was placed. Example: 16 Mar 2024, 4:56 AM

  4. Table Number: the table number for the order (only for dine in orders). Example: Table 10A

  5. Branch: This field shows the branch where the order is made. Example: Makati Metro Manila.

  6. Payment Information: This field shows the payment method and status.

    1. Payment Method: Selected method for payment. Example: Card

    2. Payment Status: Current status of the payment. Example: PAID

  7. Customer Details: This field shows the customer's name, contact information, and address.

    1. Name: Name of the customer. Example: A S M Moontakim Hassan Rudro

    2. Contact: Contact number of the customer. Example: +8801234567890

    3. Address: Address of the customer. Example: House 20, Road 10, Sector 20, Uttara Model Town, Uttara, Dhaka 1230, Bangladesh

    4. Address Instruction: Additional address instructions given by the customer for better navigation. Example: Opposite to Sarina Tower, beside FR Tower

    5. Delivery Instruction: Additional delivery instructions provided by the customer. Example: Leave at door, do not knock

  8. Rider Details: This field shows the rider's name, contact information, and vehicle registration.

    1. Rider: Name of the rider. Example: A S M Asif Kabir Muhidul Hasan

    2. Contact: Contact number of the customer. Example: Contact +8801234567890

    3. Vehicle Registration: Vehicle registration number of the rider. Example: GA 37-78987

  9. Order Note: This field shows any note from the customers. Example: Customer needs cutlery.

  10. Brand Name: This field shows the brand name of the items ordered. Example: Flash Coffee

  11. Item Count: This field shows the number of items ordered. Example: 4 Item(s)

  12. Order Details: Listed here are the quantities, items, modifiers, prices for each, and item notes.

    1. Item Quantity: Number of items ordered. Example: 2x Classic Americano

    2. Item Name: Name of the items ordered. Example: Classic Americano

    3. Modifier Quantity: Number of modifiers ordered. Example: 2x Extra Cream. Item & Modifier Reading Guide: Here are the cases with relevant examples:

      1. In a particular order, if there is more than one modifier count i.e. two Coke, then we show the modifier count for all the modifiers available in that order. So, for that order, if there is two Coke and one Fanta as a modifier, then we show “2x Coke” and “1x Fanta”.

      2. If the whole order has no more than one modifier, then we won’t show any count on modifiers. For example, if there is one Coke and one Fanta, we show “Coke” and “Fanta”.

    4. Added Modifier: Name of the modifiers ordered. Example: Extra Cream

    5. Item Note: This field shows any item specific notes. Example: No Processed Sugar.

  13. Order Computation: The breakdown of the computation of order values. Example:

    1. Subtotal: PHP 2000.00

    2. VAT: PHP 20.00

    3. Delivery Fee: PHP 20.00

    4. Additional Fee: PHP 20.00

    5. Rounding Off: PHP 20.00

    6. TOTAL: PHP 2080.00

  14. QR Information: This field shows the QR information.

    1. QR label: Label of the QR. Example: Scan the QR Code below for a free voucher!

    2. QR Code: The generated QR code from URL.


Reading with modifiers.

  1. In a particular order, if there is more than one modifier count i.e. two Coke, then we will show the modifier count for all the modifiers available in that order. So, for that order, if there is two Coke and one Fanta as a modifier, then we will show “2x Coke” and “1x Fanta”.

  2. If the whole order has no more than one modifier, then we won’t show any count on modifiers. For example, if there is one Coke and one Fanta, we will show “Coke” and “Fanta”.

Sample Order 1: As a consumer, I want to order 1 chicken burger with extra patty and BBQ sauce.


Sample Order 2: As a consumer, I want to order 2 chicken burgers with extra patty and BBQ sauce.

Sample Order 3: As a consumer, I want to order 1 chicken burger with extra patty and BBQ sauce and 1 chicken burger with extra patty and garlic sauce.

Sample Order 4: As a consumer, I want to order 1 chicken burger with 2 cokes.

Sample Order 5: As a consumer, I want to order 2 chicken burgers with 2 coke each.

Sample Order 6: As a consumer, I want to order 1 chicken burger with 2 coke, 1 fanta, and 1 fries.

Sample Order 7: As a consumer, I want to order 2 chicken burgers with 2 coke, 1 fanta, and 1 fries for each burger.
