How do I set-up QR codes for docket printing?

What are the steps to set up a custom QR Code? 

Let your klikit Account Manager know what URL to use for the unique QR code. You can opt to include a ‘header title’ that you want to be seen above the QR code. Wait for your klikit Account Manager to create the QR code on the app for you to use. Once confirmed that the QR code has been updated, relaunch the ‘klikit Cloud Mobile’ app on your device!

What links can I put as a custom QR code?

You can add any link you wish for customers to access - may it be your social media accounts, menus, special customer discounts or promos, or product reviews!

Can I add a QR code for a specific provider (ex. QR code for GrabFood receipts only)?

No, only 1 QR code applies to all receipts printed from the klikit platform.

Will custom QR codes also appear on dockets for manual entry orders and past orders?

Yes, QR codes will appear on all receipts printed from any order on klikit, whether it's in the Order Dashboard or Past Order section of the platform.

How do I set up QR codes for my webshop or on the klikit web-app?

Simply input the label and link where you want your customers to land when they scan the QR Code in the Brands tab.
