How do I turn my device on/ off?
Now that you’re subscribed with klikit, you definitely have a device to operate the klikit platform. This could be a mobile, a tablet, or a computer. You will need to operate either one to access your klikit account.
For beginners, let us assist you with turning on/off either of these devices by following the steps below:
- Make sure that the device is fully functional and in good working condition
- Ensure that the device has power (charged or plugged in an electric socket)
- Press/Hold the on/off switch until device turns on
- Wait for the device to load completely
- Connect to the internet and access the klikit app/platform
*Note: Procedure for turning on/off devices differ from one device to another. The above procedure is a generic guide it is always best to follow the operating manual of the device/s you are using.
