Customers having specific requests on the order? You can add notes to orders on the order dashboard!
To add notes to an order, simply click on the “Add comment” button on the order.
Fill in the box with the order comments or notes and click “Add comment”
Once added, the “Add comment” button will turn green and once you click on it again, the order notes will be there!.
