How do I change auto-accept and auto-ready settings for my foodpanda orders?
Some delivery providers allow restaurants to decide if orders that come in will be accepted automatically (auto-accept) and if riders will be called to come automatically as the order is accepted (auto-ready). These settings are usually set as the restaurant is launched on klikit, but can be changed post-launch should the client deem it necessary. This is how you change these settings for foodpanda:
- Through your klikit CSM (customer success manager)
- Simply reach out to your klikit CSM and inform them that you want to turn on/off the auto-accept and/or auto-ready settings, so they can implement it for you
- Through the klikit support team
- Send a request to klikit’s support team to change these settings through the support bot
