What is Auto Out of Stock?
Auto Out-of-Stock allows you to automate stock operations of menu items. With this feature, you can input custom stock quantities for items so that any purchase or order reduces the available inventory in the system, when stock of the item reaches 0, the item will be automatically marked out of stock on all your channels (klikit and any integrated channel, such as Grab, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, Uber, etc.). Users with the roles of Business Owner, Brand Manager, and Branch Manager can manage out-of-stock menus.
Auto out-of-stock works best for ready made items such as packaged goods, prepared meals or beverages (such as cans of coke).
How do I enable Auto Out-of-Stock from klikit for Business app?
Auto Out-of-Stock can be setup on klikit for Business app:
Navigate to the MENU tab on klikit for Business apps
Select
Brand, Manu and Category
Tap the 'Stock' icon next to the item you want to enable Auto Out-of-Stock for
Toggle 'Enable Stock' and set the inventory count of that item
Set your stock by entering the number
Tap Update

Auto Out-of-Stock is now enabled for this item
Any order that is received and accepted will reduce the stock, based on the order

Note: Items will remain OOS by default until manually re-enabled.
How do I use Auto Out of Stock?
Once Auto Out-of-Stock is enabled any order that contains that item will reduce the stock count. If an order is cancelled, the stock count will be replenished.
Indicator Colors

When the stock is between 31% - 100%, the indicator next to the item will show as Green
When the stock is between 11% - 30%, the indicator next to the item will show as Yellow
When the stock is between 1% - 10%, the indicator next to the item will show as Red
- When the stock hits 0, the item will be marked out of stock
You will receive a push notification once your stock is low (Make sure you allow all notification from klikit for Business app on you mobile)
How do I update the Stock Levels?
To update the stock count, navigate to the item in the menu manager (either on cloud or mobile) and tap the stock icon.
You can then set the stock level to a new amount by changing the count and tapping update:

If you made the OOS request on NMA - generally it will be back in stock either next day, or whenever it was set. For OOS in Web, you will need to toggle it back.

However, we do recommend you always check two other places:
Live Report Hub
This gives you real-time visibility into your brands and branches performance, letting you see what items are OOS, and where.
Analytics
This gives you a 'hit-list' of the longest OOS items and the branches they're mapped to.
How does it work?
As mentioned, NMA (i.e. Store App) requests will toggle back automatically without assistance. For those made on Web, you will need to manually re-enable them.
