How does sticker printing work?

What are the requirements for the sticker printer?

For sticker printing to work on klikit, here are the following requirements for your prr
  1. Printer must be bluetooth capable
  2. Sticker size must be 50mm x 40mm 

How do I connect my sticker printer?

Follow these steps:

  1. Pair the printer to your klikit device
    1. Turn on bluetooth
    2. Select your sticker printer
  2. On the klikit Business App,  go to Account > Printer Settings >  Sticker > Show devices
    1. Select your sticker printer






Can I use both a sticker printer and docket printer at the same time?

No, you cannot use both printers at the same time.


What information is on a sticker?

  1. Order Details
    1. Order ID
    2. Order Type (Dine-in, Take-out, Delivery)
  2. Item Details
    1. Item name
    2. Modifiers / Add-ons 
  3. Date
  4. Item # / Total Number of Items in Basket (i.e. 1 / 3, 2 / 3…)
