How does the Add Order Feature Work?
Delivery Orders and Order Entry in one?! Only with klikit
klikit also has a manual order entry tool! Here you can input orders that come in from the phone, social media or over messages like Whatsapp and Viber.
The advantage of klikit’s add order feature is that you can let your customers order from multiple brands (if your venue has multiple delivery brands), giving your customers something to smile about!
This now lets you track all your orders in one place, no matter where they’ve come from!
How do you input an order through the Add Order feature
To put in a manual order, simply:
- Select the brand the customer is ordering from.
- Select the from the menu items, and subsequently, any add-ons if they wish
- Select the source of the order (whether that be Facebook, Instagram, etc)
- Select the order type (delivery or pick up), and input any notes for the order
- Input any optional extra fees or discounts you want to give the customer
- Add customer information
- Add payment type
- Complete the order / Check out!
How do I price my items for the Add Order feature?
On the menu management feature, you are able to price your items for specific delivery aggregators you are integrated with. Prices assigned to "klikit" will be the basis of your item's prices for the Add Order feature.
