How long does integration take?
The integration period takes 3-5 business days for stores that are already online in the 3rd party delivery providers (Grab, Foodpanda, etc.). This period of time is mainly determined by the maximum time set by Third-party providers for Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Our Accounts Management team will be the ones to immediately send status updates on whether integration has been successful or not through Viber.
