How to cancel a GrabFood order?
You can cancel an existing order directly through their merchant app without contacting Grab support (please make sure to update your app to the latest app version to access this feature).
Here’s how to cancel an order:
1. Go to the order detail and tap on 'Edit or Cancel Order'.
In order to avoid upsetting customers with cancellation for upcoming orders, please change the item availability immediately if the item is no longer available OR pause the store temporarily if the kitchen is busy.
Once the order is cancelled successfully, the customers and drivers will be informed automatically. Kindly be reminded that contact information of customers should only be used for the sole purpose of confirming the proposed cancellation.Need further assistance?
