How to change auto-accept and auto-ready settings for my delivery aggregators?

Some delivery providers allow restaurants to decide if orders that come in will be accepted automatically (auto-accept) and if riders will be called to come automatically as the order is accepted (auto-ready). These settings are usually set as the restaurant is launched on klikit, but can be changed post-launch should the client deem it necessary.

Here are the ways on how to change these settings for the delivery providers in the Philippines:

1. FoodPanda
    1. Through your klikit CSM (customer success manager)

      1. Simply reach out to your klikit CSM and inform them that you want to turn on/off the auto-accept and/or auto-ready settings, so they can implement it for you 

    2. Through the klikit support team

      1. Send a request to klikit’s support team to change these settings through the support bot

2. GrabFood

GrabFood works with a permanent auto-accept setting. As such, if you want to take a break from receiving orders, you will have to turn off your menu either through:

  1. The klikit app

    1. If you want to stop receiving orders for an hour only, you can use the busy mode feature. Simply go to your order dashboard and toggle the busy mode located on the upper left corner 

3. Pickaroo

Any order that is made on the Pickaroo website or mobile application is always subject to the acceptance of the merchant. As such, there is no way to auto-accept orders from Pickaroo
