You will have to manage requests for delivery with Oddle-partnered logistic services.

How do I auto-accept orders from Oddle?

Auto-accepting or confirming orders is only available for offline orders created manually on the iPad Oddle Register App or WebPOS.

For online orders, the initial order status will always be "Pending".

How do I cancel an order from Oddle?

You can cancel orders through the Oddle merchant app or dashboard.

Web Dashboard

  1. Head to the "General" orders page, then look for the relevant order
  2. Click on the order
  3. Click on the "Void Order" button
  4. When a prompt appears, click "OK"
Your order has been voided and an email notification will be sent to your customer.
