What are klikit Links, and how do I create my own custom link or URL?

Nowadays, having digital presence on one platform is never enough. There's so many websites, and social media platforms you need to be in. This creates a problem of where do you want to direct your customers, and where do they find you? 

What are klikit Links?

klikit Links is your own Link in Bio tool that allows you to consolidate your digital presence and direct traffic where it needs to go. This is what it looks like. It's separated into two parts:
  1. Headlines and URLs - these are headlines or call-to-action titles that can lead to the links you want them to go to.
  2. Social Media - Social media links can be set with their respective logos showing.


To access klikit Links, log-in at cloud.klikit.io. You must have Business Owner Access to be able to use this feature. If you have user access concerns, reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager, or the support team through the live chat widget or email at help.klikit.io


How do I create my own klikit links site?

1. Logged in to cloud.klikit.io, select the Links module


2. Select Create and you will be able to input your links and headlines.


3. Once you've inputted your links and headlines and clicked Save, you will be able to see your link-in-bio URL or QR codes on the side.

Congratulations, you now have your own link-in-bio site! 


How do I create my own custom link or URL?

klikit offers a wide range of features that helps you build an online presence for your food business. These include:
  1. klikit Webshop - an platform that allows customers to order  dine-in, pick-up, or delivery from your store 
  2. klikit Reservations - a platform that allows customers to reserve tables or services from your establishment
  3. klikit Website - your own website with just a few clicks
  4. klikit Links - your own link-in-bio tool / link tree, This can include all your klikit and social media platforms.
These klikit features have a generic link when you first generate them here are a few examples below:

  3. Website - https://site.klikit.io/site/ivansicecream127

The Custom URLs will follow this format: https://[businessname].klikit.io/feature

With our Custom URL tool, your klikit URLs can look like this:
  1. Webshop - https://ivans-ice-cream.klikit.io/menu
  2. Reservations - https://ivans-ice-cream.klikit.io/reserve
  3. Website - https://ivans-ice-cream.klikit.io/site
  4. Links - https://ivans-ice-cream.klikit.io/link
