klikit Loyalty
klikit Loyalty is a loyalty program where consumers can earn points and redeem rewards across their transactions on webshops and other klikit products.
When customers spend a certain amount, they receive points on that purchase. In subsequent purchases they can earn additional points, or spend their points to receive rewards (discounts or promotions). The reward and redemption rates are set per country and may be subject to change.
Customers can see their points inside the klikit Webapp at any time:
What happens when a customer uses a discount from klikit loyalty?
When a customer uses a discount earned from klikit Loyalty, the discount amount is applied to their total amount paid amount.
Right now, these promotions are funded by klikit - so while the transaction itself will have a discounted total, this amount will be paid for by klikit (note: this does not apply to Loyalty transactions from your own business Loyalty program).
Every week we review the Loyalty transactions that took place and remit the discounts from klikit Loyalty that were funded by klikit to your Payment Collection account (i.e. where your webshop payments are remitted to). You can also see a report of Loyalty transactions that took place in klikit Analytics Plus.

Business Loyalty vs klikit Loyalty on Consumer's End
Customers can earn two types of points when you order through the klikit platform. Business Loyalty points is only applicable to that specific business. klikit Loyalty points is applicable to all klikit businesses.
This is how it will look like on the customer's device should a store have both available.
Besides this customers can see the rewards points they have through:
- Selecting the button with the three horizontal lines on the upper left on the screen
- Selecting Rewards
Can a business exclude any selected brands or branches from the loyalty program?
Currently, we cannot exempt selected brands and branches from the loyalty program once it's activated for a business.
