How do we handle large or bulk orders?
To ensure safe and efficient delivery, klikit has built a feature to automatically book, allocate and dispatch multiple riders for large or bulk orders. You may send your request to our support team to set up the parameter for multiple riders based on item number or cart size/cart value (excluding delivery and other fees). If the order exceeds either of two, multiple riders will be assigned to the order.
How does it work?
Your brand requested to set up the parameter for multiple riders based on item number. What happens if we set the multiple rider parameter to 10 items?
An order of 5 items came in: 1 rider is assigned
An order of 10 items came in: 1 rider is assigned
An order of 11 items came in: 2 riders are assigned
An order of 19 items came in: 2 riders are assigned
An order of 21 riders came in: 3 riders are assigned
Your brand requested to set up the parameter for multiple riders based on cart size. What happens if we set the multiple rider parameter to ₱6,000?
An order amounting to ₱3,000: 1 rider is assigned
An order amounting to ₱6,000: 1 rider is assigned
An order amounting to ₱6,050: 2 riders are assigned
An order amounting to ₱12,000: 2 riders are assigned
An order amounting to ₱18,030: 3 riders are assigned
How do we dispatch large orders?
As a branch manager, you will see a notification in your klikit Mobile App when a large order is received such as the screenshot below:
Once you have accepted the order, you may tap the “Find Rider” button to confirm the number of riders. If you assess that the number of riders is too many based on the items ordered, you have the option to remove riders.
You may view the details and status of each rider once they’re allocated.
All riders will deliver to the same customer. Just make sure that your team will be handing over the correct order to the correct rider.
