Once you've shared your Webshop URLs and QR codes with your customers, you'll need access to the klikit for Business app to manage all your incoming orders
Once our onboarding specialists have sent you your Webshop URLs and QR codes, you'll need to set-up your device for receiving orders. You can download our klikit for Business app on any Android device through this link.
On the klikit for Business app, use your Branch Manager credentials to access your klikit Order Dashboard. If you need to create a new Branch Manager account, you can create yours here with your Business Owner account.
Please keep your klikit for Business app open at all times to receive and accept orders in a timely manner.
On the klikit for Business app, you can accept and cancel orders from your klikit Webshop. Incoming orders are sent directly to the app so you'll need to leave your app on at all times while waiting for new orders.
You'll be able to accept incoming orders on klikit for Business using the Order Dashboard.
Additionally, you can reject incoming orders on klikit for Business using the Order Dashboard. Canceled orders automatically refund payments directly to customers.
