What is Menu Hours?
Menu Hours let users select the specific days and times that a menu is open and available for customers to place an order. Menu hours may be set to match the Store Hours (actual operating hours). Multiple menus may be set up as long as the hours do not overlap and do not exceed the store’s available hours.
How to set-up?
We request for this information before onboarding but you can also update the menu hours on your desktop!
Applicable for users with Business Owner or Brand manager access
From the klikit Cloud Home screen, go to Menu tab.
For Business level changes, skip to step
For Store level changes, select brand and branch.
Select the menu from list.
Set Start Time and End Time for each day. You may also set timing on Default if menu hours are same for all days.
Click "Save".
Click "Publish". If editing is done on Business level, click "Sync" and "Publish".
Who can update?
Business owner roles can access store hour settings by default. Other roles can be provided access to this feature by request.
Menu hour vs Store hour
Customers are unable to place orders when menus are closed. However, changing menu hours does not affect a store's operating hours.
Any changes to store hours need to be made on Location tab for klikit Webshop or merchant portals for aggregator menus (i.e: Grabfood or Foodpanda).
