How do I Mix & Match Orders?

What Are Mix & Match Orders?

Mix & Match Orders are a new feature available on Delivery Apps and Webshops. This functionality allows customers to add items from multiple brands into a single cart and check out in one transaction. Drivers will then collect these items in a batch and deliver them to a single location.

How does it work for Business?

Simply follow these steps:
  1. Select the brand of item #1 
  2. Select item #1 and add it to cart
  3. Repeat for the next items. 
When you check the cart, you will see that the items are categorized by their brands. From here, you can easily place the order and it will show in your orders tab.

How It Works for Customers for webshop:

  1. Select a Brand: Choose the brand for the first item.
  2. Add Item to Cart: Select the item and add it to your cart.
  3. Repeat: Continue selecting and adding items from different brands as needed.
  4. Review Cart: Items will be categorized by brand in the cart.
  5. Place Order: Complete the checkout process, and the order will be displayed in your Orders tab.

What to Expect on the Order Dashboard:

On the Order Dashboard, Mix & Match Orders will appear as a single order. However, your team will need to review the order and its items individually to ensure everything is accounted for.

To assist with identification, we will soon implement a visual 'chip' or 'flag' on Mix & Match orders. This feature will help you and your team easily recognize these types of orders.
