My Printer is not Working, What do I do?
First, make sure the printer is turned on by checking if the printer’s light is turned on.
- If this does not work, check if you still have paper in the printer.
- If this does not work, restart the klikit app and re-connect the printer.
When will my order invoice print?
If your ‘Auto-Accept Orders’ feature is enabled, the invoice will be printed when the order is received on the klikit app.
If your ‘Auto-Accept Orders’ feature is disabled, (i.e. you accept orders manually), the invoice will be printed once you accept the order.
How do I connect to my USB printer if no pop-up appears on the klikit app?
If you do not see the ‘USB Devices’ pop up upon opening the klikit app, update to your klikit app on the Google Playstore. Once done, restart the klikit app and the pop-up should appear.
How do I connect to my Bluetooth printer if it isn't visible through the klikit app?
In order to debug your Bluetooth printer follow these steps:
- Make sure your app is updated
- Under the location tab of your klikit application, check if the printer type is selected as “Bluetooth”
- Restart your printer
- Unpair and pair the printer again in your device’s settings.
