Does the printer functionality only work with particular device operating systems?
Yes, the printing feature, whether USB or Bluetooth, only works with the google play store app (Android Enterprise App). You can still access the Enterprise web portal using iOS, Safari browser, or any other browser, but it would not provide support for printing.

If your ‘Auto-Accept Orders’ feature is enabled, the invoice will be printed when the order is received on the klikit app.

Can I charge my klikit device while connected to an external printer at the same time?
If you are using a USB printer,, we would recommend using a USB C converter if you would like to charge your klikit device at the same time.
