What are Brands, and how do I set this up?

What are Brands?

A brand is a concept or mental immage that assists customers in identifying a company or product. Often confused with tools of marketing, such as logos, slogans, or identifiers, a brand is everything your customer experiences from your restaurant, from the menu items to how the food arrives to the customer. It's your identity. 


How do I create a new brand?

  1. Decide on your new logo photo (size should be in a 1:1 ratio and within 500px x 500px to 700px x 700px) and banner photos (remember banner photos must be horizontal and with a size of 2880px x 2304px).
  2. Confirm the menu you’d like to upload to your active delivery channels.
  3. Reach out to a Customer Success Manager who will onboard your restaurant brand for you!

How do I upload my Brand Photos?

Why are photos important?

We firmly believe that people eat with their eyes first, and nowhere is that more true than online food delivery applications - and the data agrees!

Photos can boost your conversion upwards of 20% once consumers land on your restaurant page.


What are the photo specifications?

The photo specifications that we have at klikit are divided into three groups:

  1. Banners, which have to be a 900 x 500 px
  2. Logos, which have to be a 700 x 700 px, and;
  3. Menu Photos, which  must be lower than  1000 x 1000 px, but not lower than 320 x 320 px
    1. For GoFood Photos, the recommended size is 500 x 500 px 

AlertMenu photos must be in PNG or JPEG and file size no larger than 1 mb and no smaller than 100kb.

How do I edit a brand?

In the Manage Brand tab on the left-hand side of your dashboard, you can view which brands are currently integrated with your klikit device. 
Search for a brand or click on a brand to bring up the current information including banner, logo, and locations active.

How do I delete a brand? 

If you are planning on permanently removing a brand, please notify your klikit Customer Success Manager or reach out to Support.
