What is Analytics Plus?

Warning
Analytics Plus is only available to Business Owners - because it contains highly sensitive information.  Please reach out if you don't have access.
Analytics Plus is our tool provided to Business Owners with information we are experimenting with to check usefulness to you and your overall operations.  Over time we will likely migrate some of this into our main Analytics page - or alternatively create a new module creating this in real-time for your use, access and readability.

With Analytics Plus - you have several key modules:



As you can see - information is visible for the following:

Overview

This provides you with a highly level summary similar to what you seen in Analytics but provides the information in an easier to read format for you and your team.  We will add to this over time.

Orders

In Orders, you can not only compare Stores, but get detailed breakdowns on Items, Modifiers, Promotions and a Leaderboard for Brand Performance.  

Reservations

In Reservations, you can see your Reservations by outlet and calculate your utilisation and efficiency.  

CRM

For CRM we provide you with access to Customer Data collected and processed from your Webshop transactions, allowing you to build marketing and campaigns.

Loyalty

Finally, in Loyalty you can track which customers have Loyalty balances and their progress on reward tiers.  Additionally you'll get a log of all transactions in which Loyalty points were utilised and redeemed.

Inventory

Inventory Management is a new tool that helps businesses track and manage inventory efficiently. It includes features like inventory reports, item setup, composite items, recipe management inputs, and a supplier database to streamline operations and optimize costs.
