The Campaign Manager is a tool designed to help businesses, particularly those selling via third-party delivery providers, efficiently set up and manage discounts and promotions. It addresses the challenge merchants face with manually creating promotions across various provider platforms, similar to menu management.
Through Campaign Manager, a merchant can set up Order level (flat, percentage, delivery fee discount), category and item level (flat or percentage) discounts on one or many channels all at once. Aggregators that it can work with are klikit, Grabfood and gofood.
