What is the Live Report Hub (Live Monitor)?
Live Report Hub contains sensitive data about your business - please ensure only appropriate users have access.
Live Report Hub is a centralized management tool that provides you ultimate visibility on the real-time performance of your business.
There are three main monitoring tools for Live Report Hub:
- Pause Stores
- Out of Stock Activity
- Store Integration Status
We will cover these briefly below.
1. Pause Stores
These are stores that have a 'Pause Store' toggle currently triggered. It will tell you which stores are offline by Brand/Branch. This is helpful to improve performance on delivery apps
This tells your team exactly what stores are 'offline' at a given point in time - allowing you to manage them on the fly.
It should be noted that klikit never touches your Store availability. Contact your Branch Manager for questions on why a store is offline.

2. Out of Stock Activity
This will tell you what Menus/Categories/Items are listed as 'Out of Stock' and across what platforms - giving you insight into why sales might be down.
Fundamentally, it gives you and your team absolute clarity about what certain items are not selling in these stores - they're not available! You can then work with Branch Managers to resolve the issues.
3. Store Integration Status
Lastly, this tells you what stores are integrated and how many of those integrations are currently live with the delivery apps.
This tells you why certain stores may not be receiving Orders from Delivery Apps and why your Menus might be out of sync - because the stores are not connected.
