What kind of user access is available?

What kind of user access is available?

User access is fully customisable through individual logins and permissions (we can tailor which parts of the platform show for each of your staff members as is relevant). These roles are:

  1. Business Owner - can manage menus, accept/reject orders, modify brand/branch/user information and access analytics.
  2. Brand Manager - a subset of Business Owners, but actions are limited to their assigned brands/stores
  3. Branch Manager - a subset of Business Owners, but actions are limited to their  assigned branches
  4. Area Manager - a subset of Business Owners, without menu management or order status update (accept/reject/cancel) access
  5. Staff -a subset of Branch Manager but cannot cancel orders
  6. Cashier - a subset of Staff, but cannot modify menu or mark items OOS
