When can I apply for a refund?
Queries and concerns about your order, should be first raised to the restaurant. There are some concerns that klikit can help you with when restaurants cannot be reached
Situations where you can apply for a refund
You booked your own delivery rider
We can refund your delivery fee through the same payment method you used to pay for your order. We will need the following information:
1. Order Number - i.e. "9123420"
2. Order Date
3. Refund Reason
4. Delivery Proof (screenshot of the delivery transaction - GrabExpress, Lalamove, etc)
You want to cancel your order
We can refund your order through cancelling your order. We will need the following information:
1. Order Number - i.e. "9123420"
2. Order Date
3. Cancellation Reason*
*We will only accept cancellation requests if the branch in concern has not been attempted to be contacted.
