Why is My Printer Not Working?

'My printer wont print', 'Orders not printing out dockets' or Printer not producing dockets?

If the printer cannot print dockets at any time, there may be several problems occurring, including: 
  1. The distance between the device and the printer is long, 
  2. The printer and device's Bluetooth connection is interrupted, usually there is another Bluetooth device that is on, and
  3. Printer connection history with other Apps.
This can happen at any time at your outlet, here are the troubleshooting steps you can take:
  1. Force close klikit Apps 
  2. Clear cache & data from device setting
  3. Unpair Bluetooth printer & device, and Pair it again
  4. Open klikit Apps
  5. Pair the device with printer that pop-up from klikit Apps.
  6. Try manual print from past orders to make sure the connectivity is good to go. 
Expected Outcome: Your printer should now be printing your docket
Troubleshooting Tip: Reconnecting your printer may just do the trick! if issue persists, contact klikit Support. 
Make sure you use the latest klikit version!
