What computer do I need to use the klikit web-app?

klikit is compatible with most browsers, ensuring seamless access whether you use Windows or Mac.

Here is a list of common browsers you can use the klikit web-app on:

  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox
  • Safari
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Opera / Opera GX
klikit is optimized for these browsers, but it may work on others. For the smoothest experience and full support, we recommend sticking to the options above.

What phone or table do I need to use the klikit app? 

A computer is not required to use klikit. You can use klikit on any Android device, be it a phone or a tablet. It is currently optimized for mobile devices, but works on tablets or any device with access to Google Play Store.

Where can I download the klikit app?

To get started, open the device you will be using and download the klikit app here.

You can also go to the Google Play Store and look for the "klikit for business" app to download it.

How do I log in to my klikit account? 

To log in, use the credentials provided by your Onboarding Specialist (i.e. email and password). 
Your username is your registered email address.

What if I can't log in? How do I troubleshoot if klikit is not working?

If you're unable to log in to the klikit app, here are some common reasons and solutions:
  1. Check Your Internet Connection
    1. Ensure you are connected to a stable internet connection. A weak or unstable network can prevent the app from loading or logging in properly.
      1. Wi-Fi Users: Check if other apps or websites are working.
      2. Mobile Data Users: Confirm that your mobile data is turned on and your signal is strong.
  2. Credentials Not Generated
    1. Ensure your log in credentials have been created. These are typically sent via email by our system or directly from your Onboarding Specialist.
  3. Incorrect Credentials
    1. Ensure your log in credentials are correct. Use the format below for your log in credentials.
      1. Username: Use your registered email.
      2. Password: Enter the password provided or the one you set.
    2. If you encounter issues:
      1. Verify you’re using the correct email address.
      2. Select "Forgot Your Password?" to reset your password. Ensure you can access the email linked to your account.

How do I reset my password?

Forgot your password? No problem! Follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Click "Forgot Your Password?" on the log in screen.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Check your email inbox for a reset link.
  4. Click "Reset Now" in the email.
  5. Create a new password on the redirected page.
  6. Your password will be updated, and you can now log in to your account.

Updating or Adding Accounts

How do I update my Account Profile? How do I update my User Information?

You can update your profile details or user information as needed i.e. phone number, name.

How to update your profile

  1. Select the ‘Profile’ tab from the right-corner side of your klikit Dashboard.
  2. Click the information on your profile you would like to change (first name etc.)
  3. Write the newly updated version and press ‘Update’ to submit!

What are the different user levels in klikit, and what can each one do?

There are different user levels to ensure appropriate permissions or edit access for each role. This enhances security and operational efficiency.
  1. Business Owner - can manage menus, accept/reject orders, modify brand/branch/user information and access analytics.
  2. Brand Manager - a subset of Business Owners, but actions are limited to their assigned brands/stores
  3. Branch Manager - a subset of Business Owners, but actions are limited to their  assigned branches
  4. Area Manager - a subset of Business Owners, without menu management or order status update (accept/reject/cancel) access
  5. Staff -a subset of Branch Manager but cannot cancel orders
  6. Cashier - a subset of Staff, but cannot modify menu or mark items OOS

How do I change user levels or permissions?

  1. Users with Admin level permissions can change user levels on klikit.
  2. Contact Support to request the changes. Only Business Owners can request changes to user levels.

How do I request new log in credentials for my staff?

If you need new log in credentials due to a forgotten username, password, or you are setting up a new account for your staff, you can:
  1. Contact your Admin for assistance with generating or resetting credentials.
  2. Reach out to our Support channels or your Customer Success Manager. They’ll verify your request and create new credentials for you.
