How do I troubleshoot if I am stuck on the loading screen or the app keeps crashing?

If you experience the app getting stuck on the loading screen or crashing unexpectedly, here are some solutions:

How do I troubleshoot if the klikit app is not working?

  1. Log out and relogin from klikit for Business app
  2. Clear Cache and Data
    1. Go to the ‘Settings’ on your device.
    2.  Select the ‘Apps’ option in ‘Settings’.
    3.  Select the ‘klikit
    4.  Once here, clear cache & clear data
    5.  Once that process is complete, relaunch the app.
  3. Restart App
    1. Force stop the klikit app
    2. Relaunch the klikit app
  4. Restart Device 
    1. Shutdown the device 
    2. Turn the device back on
  5. Update or Reinstall the App
    1. An outdated or corrupted app version might cause login issues. 
    2. Go to your device's app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store).
    3. Check if there is an update available for the Store App.
    4. If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.

How do I troubleshoot if klikit Cloud or web-app is not working?

When you see an "Error 404" or your screen is white when accessing cloud.klikit.io, you will need to clear site data and refresh in order to load the page properly.

If you are using klikit Cloud or web-app, we recommend you change your internet browser to Google Chrome. This should resolve any major issues you're having if you aren't already using it.

Here are some of the most common browsers being used for klikit.
    1. For Google Chrome, or see here:
      • Open Google Chrome
      • At the top right, click More which is the three dotted icon 
      • Click More tools > Clear browsing data
      • At the top portion, choose a time range
      • To delete everything, select All time
      • Next, go to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
      • Check the boxes
      • Click Clear data.

      • Open Mozilla Firefox
      • Click the menu button  to open the menu panel
      • Click History and select Clear Recent History
      • Next to Time range to clear, select Everything from the drop-down menu, select Cache in the items list, make sure other items you want to keep are not selected and then click the OK button

      • Open Safari browse
      • Click on the Safari tab at the top left of your screen
      • Choose Preferences from the dropdown menu
      • Click the Advanced tab of the menu that pops up
      • At the end of the tab, select the Show Develop menu in menu bar box and close the Preferences menu
      • Click the Develop tab from the Safari menu at the top of the page
      • Click Empty Cache from the dropdown menu
