How to Update Completed Order Status for Add Order and Webshop Orders
Business Owners and Area Managers can now update the status of Add Order and Webshop orders
This gives greater flexibility when correcting order status mistakes directly from the klikit Order Dashboard. Updates can be done for completed orders under Order History tab, if the status can still be updated it will show a Pen icon (✏️) beside the current status. After the first update, the order can no longer be edited again
Not available for Aggregator orders (Grabfood, Foodpanda, Shopee, etc.
How to Update an Order Status for Completed Add Order and Webshop Orders
Step 1: Go to Order History
Step 2: Search for the Order
Step 3: Click the Pen Icon (✏️)
Step 4: Select the New Status
⚠ Once confirmed, the status cannot be edited again.
Aggregator Orders (Important)
Orders from platforms like Grab, Foodpanda, Deliveroo, etc. cannot be updated directly in klikit.
Scenario 1: You need to change the order status
You must update the order in the respective merchant app or Contact the aggregator’s support team
Scenario 2: Aggregator shows Completed, but klikit shows Cancelled
This may happen if:
- The order was not updated from Accepted → Ready
- The app became inactivity
- klikit auto-cancelled the order to app inactivity (Please refrain from not updating the orders on klikit as this will cause integration concerns)

This feature is helpful when:
- Staff accidentally marked an order as Delivered
- An order was incorrectly cancelled
- You need to correct reporting accuracy
- You need to revert a manual order status
