What are klikit promos?

klikit promos is the feature that allows every business to set their own promotion for each brand and branch in their business. This can be applied to order from an Add-Order feature and Webshop.  We do not control integrated partners’ (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.) promotions. 

What are the types of Promos?
klikit allows you to have 2 types of Promotions running: Promos and Vouchers.

What is the difference between Promos and Vouchers?
  1. Availability - Promos are discounts you can run that is available to all clients. while vouchers are available to those who know what the voucher codes are. 
  2. Marketing Use - Promos are visible to customers regardless if they see your promotional material or not. Vouchers are useful for bringing your clients to your webshop through affiliate marketing, or other content related strategies
  3. Customer Journey - Vouchers are useful tools to establish a call-to-action for your marketing efforts, but customers will need to input voucher codes instead of  selecting an existing promo at checkout

What can we  set up for the klikit Promo?

  1. Level of Promos/ Promo Level
    1. Country-level, this promo can be applied to the client that has business in a multiple country. 
      1. Ex.: Senior citizen discounts in the Philippines
    2. Business-level, the promo can be set for all brands and branches under the same business.
      1. Ex.: A single business can create discounts for all their customers, to be applied for dine in, delivery, or pick up
    3. Brand-level, the promo will be applied on brand level in every branch tied.
      1. Ex.: A promo for Brand A for all branches.
    4. Store-level, this promo can be applied for the exact selected branches
      1. Ex.: A promo is applied for all brands in the branch.
  2. Type of Promos, promo can be a fixed amount or percentage (%), and the option to cap max. discount amount
    1. Ex: $10 off
    2. Ex: 5% off
    3. Ex: 20% off, capped at $5
  3. Promos Criteria, Discounts for clients who meet certain conditions
    1. Minimum basket size/order, ex: minimum order is $25
    2. Cohort-based
      • Ex: all clients who haven’t ordered in over 1 month
      • Ex: all clients who had 5 orders in the last 1 month
    3. Payment Method-based
      1. Ex: E-Wallet, credit card, etc.
  4. Promo Redemption Limit, limiting number of times the discount can be applied in total or per customer
  5. Scheduled promos, flexibility to set up  when your promo would be start and end time

How do I set up promos for my business?

You can fill-in this form with the relevant promo details, or chat through our support channels if you need a promo set-up. 


Are discounts automatically applied for users?

We can set this up to be automatically applied, but also there is an option to set it up where customers will have to select the promos to be applied on their basket.

 

Can I apply senior citizen and PWD discounts on klikit orders?

Yes! You can have your senior citizen or PWD discounts set through klikit promos. You will have to request this from your CSMs or through support to have it set-up!

Can I run multiple promos?

Yes, you can run multiple promos. Even though you have multiple running simultaneously, consumers will only be able to apply one promo at a time.
