What can we do using the klikit reservations?
Custom reservation settings per store/restaurant. Businesses can set up the detail for:
- Operating hours, set different operation hours for each brand & branch
- Seating Areas, specify your area example First Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor, or Pool-side, Cabana, Bar
- Seat capacity per brand and/or branch, you can set up the maximum capacity of your places
- Packages or Services can be booked by customer, example: Dinner and Drinks package, Drinks only package
- Adds-on to the reservation, allows the business to give an extra order/services upon the reservation. Such as: +1 Champagne bottle, +1 Birthday cake
- Term & Condition, the business can state the policies on reservations, payment, cancellations, lateness and no shows, etc.
Gathering of customer information via sign-ups.
- Customers are required to sign-up/log-in to successfully place a reservation and retrieve booking information
- Contact number validation is required to place a reservation, for new and existing user
- Pre-payment options, Merchants can require customers to make prepayments upon placing a reservation.
