How can I place an order via klikit? How do I place a webshop order?

Go to the restaurant/ store's website or webshop powered by klikit.

1. Select an Order Option: Pickup or Delivery 
   
2. Select a Delivery Time: Now or Schedule
   
3. Input your address and select an Available Branch
4. Go to Menu and select the item/s you want to order
5. View your cart and click "Proceed to Checkout"
6. Select a Payment Method and click "Pay (the amount due)"
7. Your order is now being processed. Wait for your order to arrive!

How can I place a scheduled order via klikit webshop?

Payment is required upfront for your scheduled order to be processed.

Follow these steps to schedule your order seamlessly:

1. Begin by updating your selection under Order options and choose Delivery. Next input your address. Then under Delivery Time, select Schedule instead of Now.

   
2. Once Schedule has been selected, you will be prompted to select the date and time for your order.
   
   
   
3. After selecting your preferred date and time, press "Done" and you may proceed with the normal ordering flow. Please keep in mind that payment is required upfront for your order to be processed.
