My delivery has been pending for 30 minutes, where’s my order?
We understand how frustrating it can be to wait for your order, especially when it's taking longer than expected. Here’s what you can do if your delivery has been pending for 30 minutes or more:
1. Check the Order Status
First, verify the status of your order in the app or on the website:
Accepted: Your order has been accepted and is still being prepared by the restaurant.
Ready: The order is ready, but the delivery partner has not yet picked it up.
Out for Delivery: The order is on its way, and the delivery partner should arrive soon.
If the status shows that your order is still being prepared or ready for pickup, it might be worth contacting the restaurant directly. You should see the store's contact number on the order processing page. They can provide updates or expedite the preparation if needed.
4. Consider Canceling or Reordering
If the store is unreachable and the delay is significant and you’d prefer not to wait any longer, some stores offer the option to cancel the order. If the order has already been paid, refund will be triggered and the amount should reflect back to your account. Please note that refund timeframe depends on your issuing bank. Alternatively, you can reorder from another restaurant.
