My order paid but I wasn’t redirected back to the order screen, what do I do?
Placed an order and can't find it? Don't worry. Once you've placed an order under your account, here's how you can track it.
How do I see my active orders?
There are two ways to check your order:
- If you input your number while making the order, you will receive order updates on WhatsApp
- Make sure you're logged in the ordering platform
- Select Active Orders
- Select your order.
This is how the page looks like.
If you have not logged-in when you placed the order, you can reach out to the support team to see if the order went through!
