How do I apply Loyalty Points for orders placed through Add Order?
We're thrilled to announce that you can now redeem your hard-earned loyalty points directly via Add Order. Our system now supports the seamless redemption of these rewards through the Add Order feature.
Can my customers redeem loyalty points through the cashier?
Absolutely! Your customers can redeem their loyalty points both online and at the cashier. Every purchase they make, regardless of the platform, contributes towards their loyalty rewards.
How does it work?
Earning Points:
Each purchase made by your customers, whether online or at the cashier, counts towards their loyalty rewards. These purchases are tracked using their registered phone number or email.
Reaching the Threshold:
Once customers reach the required number of purchases, they’ll automatically receive a prompt during checkout, letting them know they can apply their loyalty reward.
Redeeming Points:
During their next purchase, either online or at the cashier, customers will see an option to redeem their loyalty points. They can then apply these points to their order and enjoy the benefits immediately.

What happens to redeemed rewards when an order is cancelled?
The reward and points consumed are considered used and will not be credited back to the User’s Rewards tab.
