What is klikit Loyalty? How do I earn and redeem my points?

You can now earn points by ordering your favorite meals on the klikit webshop! Our Loyalty Program was modeled after some of the best in the world - with inspiration drawn from global greats.  As a result we've taken what works and applied it here at klikit.

What are klikit Points? How does the Loyalty Program work?

klikit Points reward you for ordering meals through the klikit platform. Each order earns points, which can be redeemed for discounts at participating restaurants. There are two types of points:

• klikit Loyalty (Open Loop): Points are earned and redeemed exclusively within a specific business.
• Business Loyalty (Closed Loop): Points are earned and redeemed exclusively within a specific business.

Before checking out, you’ll see how many points you’ll earn from your order, making it easy to track your rewards.

How do I view my points?

• Visit a restaurant’s webshop.
• Tap the menu button (three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
• Select the "Rewards" button to view your points.
  

How do I earn points?

• Spend money with participating merchants to earn points automatically.
• Details on earning rates can be found in the "Rewards" tab in the webshop.
  
• Before you checkout, you will be able to see how many points you'll get from the order made. Watch your points and savings stack up! 

How do I redeem, spend, or use my points?

Depending on the type of points you have, you can use your Business Loyalty Points in that specific business' brands and branches (Closed Loop) while you can use your klikit Loyalty Points in any participating merchant or business (Open Loop). 

• As you're checking out on the webshop,  select the "Rewards" button.
• If you have enough points, you can redeem them and the discounts will be applied to your order.

Currently you can redeem Loyalty Points for discounts on webshops but stay tuned, we plan to integrate these to our Consumer App soon!

Do Loyalty points expire?

At present, klikit Points do not expire. However, merchants may implement expiration rules in the future.

If any changes occur, we’ll ensure your balance remains usable, possibly transferring it to our Consumer App for you to spend on fun cosmetics, badges, or achievements.

What if there are discrepancies with my points?

If you notice discrepancies in your points balance or encounter issues with earning or redeeming points, reach out to our Support team for assistance.
