Docket Issues

Several issues may arise when printing receipts due to various factors, including hardware problems, issues with klikit, or simple configuration mismatches on the device.
Don't worry! You can learn more about these problems and how to fix them.
  1. Empty Order Details:
    1. This can occur due to discrepancies between the menu data in the merchant's app (such as GrabFood, GoFood, and other aggregators) and what is available in klikit. Such discrepancies may be caused by menu edits or out-of-stock (OOS) items not updated in klikit. If you encounter this issue, please follow the steps provided here.
  1. Price Not Appearing: This usually happens due to mismatched printer settings or issues with the paper size. 
    1. Ensure that the printer settings match the paper size being used. See the pictures below:
    2. You can also adjust the font size that will affected the printing result.

  1. Printer Printing Random Characters: This typically happens when the printer is not ready for use or has been used for too long.
    1. You can troubleshoot the printer by restarting it or turning it off for a few minutes (2-5 minutes). 
    2. After that, reconnect the printer by following the steps in this article.
