We aim to make the offboarding process as smooth and transparent as possible. Below is an overview of what to expect once you’re ready to get started
Begin by completing and submitting the
Offboarding Form. This form provides our team with the information needed to process your request.
Ensure that the correct "Offboarding Type" is selected. List the "Stores to Offboard" in the recommended format.
Step 2: Confirmation of Receipt
Once your form is submitted, you’ll receive an automated confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your request. Your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be copied on this email for full visibility.
Step 3: Processing Timeline
Our standard turnaround time for offboarding requests is 3–5 business days from the date we receive your submission.
Step 4: Completion Notification
After the offboarding process is complete, you’ll receive a follow-up email confirming completion. Your CSM will be copied on this message as well.
